The contentious image, shared by the crypto account Corleone, resembles a December 2018 anonymous post on a 4chan forum. It claims that one entity holds nearly 90% of all Bitcoin and outlines price targets from late 2019 through late 2026. Although these predictions initially appear peculiarly spot-on, questions about the post’s legitimacy persist, partly due to the absence of any verifiable proof, such as a user signature or archive link, which could authenticate the timing of these forecasts.

How Do Versions Differ?

In an earlier July 2024 post on Binance Square, similar declarations about controlling about 90% of Bitcoin were noted, with a price forecast of $105,400 for that September. The recent image revises this figure to $74,000 for September 2024, extending a $145,000 target for October 2026.
