BlackRock partnership sparks 24% rally in this crypto

As BlackRock Inc. (NYSE: BLK) aggressively accelerated its digital asset and blockchain footprint, as Finbold reported, Ondo (ONDO), the governance token for the Ondo Finance ecosystem and the Ondo DAO, has emerged as a primary beneficiary.

Over the past 24 hours through September 24, 2026, Ondo’s price rocketed by 24.19%, trading at approximately $0.517 at the time of writing.

This significant uptick for the ONDO ERC-20 token was catalyzed by a partnership announcement with BlackRock earlier on Thursday. Ondo Finance announced the launch of Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, a suite of tokenized and multi-asset investment portfolios built around model strategies, developed by BlackRock. 

The initial rollout debuts three distinct portfolio tokens – including ⁠BLKHIon⁠ for high income, ⁠BLKDIGon⁠ for diversified growth, and ⁠BLKGRWon⁠ for high growth. As such, Ondo Intelligent Portfolios ensures eligible non-United States investors access single-token model asset allocations from BlackRock through tokenization of real-world assets (RWA).

BlackRock stirs Ondo RWA tokenization bid

Ondo Finance has seen its RWA assets surge to more than $3.8 billion, largely driven by its deep collaboration with BlackRock. At the time of publication, this platform had a reported 150,031 monthly active users and 494,827 holders, as per data from RWA.XYZ.

Is Ondo a good investment?

Over the past six months, ONDO price has surged by over 92%, thereby pushing its market capitalization to $2.5 billion.

During m the last 24 hours, this token recorded a 175% uptick in its trading volume to roughly $751 million, according to metrics from CoinMarketCap.

Consequently, the Ondo token is well positioned to benefit from the rising tokenization of RWAs, fueled by BlackRock’s partnership amid crypto regulatory clarity.
